This has been the most tiring thing I've ever made {so far}. Spanning over the course of 4 years, this project was finally completed in 2024. The original by hand drawing took over 100 hours to render, and consists of varying stippling and brush techniques, inked as a 14"x20" image on mixed media paper. This piece conveys the struggle and acceptance of hardships. Our fox-like creature lays on the forest floor amongst snares, floral and fungi. 3 versions of this piece were made apart from the original, a cleaned black and white colorway, a natural colorway, and a psychedelic colorway.
